注意：

一定要在回国前或回国后一年内办理归国留学证明，因为澳洲学校颁发的毕业证书国内是不会直接承认的。

在维多利亚州的留学人员，请与中国驻墨尔本总领馆教育组联系办理。

【墨尔本留学】 归国申请材料

符合登记条件的留学人员毕业或访问结束后，可以申请办理《留学回国人员证明》，因材料不全（如尚未发放毕业证书等）先行回国的，应在回国后1年内申请补办。已回国超过一年的逾期不予办理。所需申请材料如下：

1以攻读学位为目的的留学生，在申请办理《留学回国人员证明》时，须通过邮寄提供以下材料：

A、护照照片页复印件；
B、签证复印件或在澳居住证复印件；
C、学校录取通知书或注册证明复印件；
D、学生证复印件；
E、成绩单复印件；
F、学位证复印件；
G、回国机票复印件或电子机票打印件或中国入境章复印件；
H、已付足澳洲邮资或贴足澳洲邮票的中号回邮信封一个，并在收信人处写上您的详细通信地址和邮政编码（如届时已回国，可写国内地址），在寄信人处写上教育处地址。
J、在澳留学人员办理回国证明申请表

注意事项
以上材料的复印件均需经律师、太平绅士（JP）、警察局或所在学校学生管理部门进行公证（小编在这里提醒大家，如果回国以后再办，可以讲现有的资料在离境前复印好并且到药房、警察局等地做好复印件公证，以减少回国公证的费用）；入学通知书或机票如为电子版，直接打印即可，无须公证。

如在邮寄材料时，尚未颁发学位证书，请提供校方开具的证明已完成学业并可以获得学位证书的证明信原件（说明就读课程、入学时间、学习期限、学制、将要毕业的时间以及可获得学位名称等）。

2以访问进修为目的的访问学者，在申请办理《留学回国人员证明》时，须提供以下材料：

A、护照照片页复印件；

C、访问进修单位邀请信复印件；
D、完成访问进修任务的留学单位证明信原件；
E、回国机票复印件或电子机票打印件或中国入境章复印件；

1、申请办理《留学回国人员证明》材料请邮寄到驻澳大利亚大使馆教育处，并在信封上注明“办理回国证明”字样。因我们收到材料很多，不能提供是否收到材料的查询。如有需要，请在邮寄递交材料时办理有查询功能的邮寄方式，自行到邮局跟踪查询。

2、申请材料如果是复印件，要求字迹清晰可辨。所有申请材料因教育处需留存，因此均不退回，请提前留好自用备份。

3、如果留学人员在澳攻读两个以上学位（如：本科和硕士，硕士和博士等），可以在攻读完第一个学位后，即办理该留学经历的《留学回国人员证明》，此时需附上即将攻读第二个学位的学校录取通知书复印件（经公证）代替回国机票。

4、如果办理《留学回国人员证明》的人员尚未办理报到登记，请在邮寄材料时一并附上《在澳留学人员报到登记表》（见附件）。

5、如果你没有保存学校录取通知书、学生证等材料，请提供学校出具的就读情况证明信原件（说明就读起至时间、就读专业、所或学位等信息）。

6、如果你已经回国，材料中的复印件可以请当地的公证机关进行公证复印件与原件一致。

7、如果你回国前没有购买澳洲邮票，可以请在澳的朋友代为购买寄回国，也可以将申请材料先邮寄给在澳洲的朋友或同学，由他们补充齐全后再邮寄我处。

8、请勿用万国邮联邮资兑换劵（Union Postale Universelle）替代澳洲邮票，以免无法办理。

9、我们一般在收到完整材料后的15个工作日内能够办结寄出证明。因教育处工作人员有限，不能提供是否收到邮件和办理进度查询，请大家邮寄材料后等候办理即可。

10、如果邮寄材料2个月后仍没收到证明，则可能是邮寄过程中丢失，教育处未收到你的申请材料，或递交的材料与规定不符无法办理所致。请重新按规定说明邮寄材料办理即可，可以附信加以说明。

11、国外学位认证在回国后由中国留学服务中心负责办理，有关详情请查询：CSCSE 。
