什么是澳洲留学陪读？ — 墨尔本留学移民解析澳洲陪读签证

澳洲陪读签证可以分为2类，第一类是父母陪伴未满18周岁的孩子赴澳读书签证，也可以称之为监护人签证，签证类别是580；另外一类为亲属陪伴类陪读签证 （可以是配偶或者未成年子女），签证类别跟主申请人申请的类别相同。

▎580监护人签证

申请580监护人签证，孩子必须至少满足18周岁以下。监护人签证申请人是没有任何打工许可的，申请人需要考虑到足够的资金支持能力。

申请监护人签证的基本条件：
1、年龄要在21周岁以上；
2、学生的父母或跟学生有血缘关系并得到学生父母的委托和许可照顾学生；
3、原则上监护人不能有其他年龄为6周岁以下的孩子。
4、经过所申请学校批准。

▎亲属陪读签证

对于亲属陪读签证，学生签证持有人的课程长度需要至少超过12个月以上。
在读研究生或者以上文凭的亲属是可以享受不限时工作许可的，但是如果只是就读研究生以下学历比如本科、专科之类，2周最长工作时间为40小时。

如果学生签证持有人在学习过程中更改了自己的状态，一定要第一时间向移民局提供更改信息，否则在递交陪读或者任何亲属类签证的时候都有可能导致拒签。例如，A同学在递交学生签证的时候注明自己为单身，但是半年后办理女朋友的陪读签证，移民局会以未满足de facto关系的理由拒签，虽然双方已经同居多年，依旧会导致拒签。

▎关于婚姻状况的界定：

澳洲移民局认可的配偶关系主要有两种，一种是正式结婚且领有官方结婚证的申请人（可以是在澳洲或者海外登记结婚的），另外一种是同居超过12个月以上，证据充足的正式的事实婚姻配偶，也就是De facto。这两种配偶关系都是澳洲移民局认可的。
