墨尔本移民留学 据维州政府最新消息，维州将于4月22日下午5：00（墨尔本时间）停止受理SIV188C500万澳元显赫投资者签证的州担保申请！之后至6月30日期间，将不接受州担保申请，也不再批准担保。7月1日以后按照新的SIV移民政策重新开放申请！ 墨尔本移民 维州将停止受理SIV188C签证的州担保申请
之前澳大利亚移民局公布的截止日期是4月23日起各州停止受理。
另外之前公布的政策描述上对于4月24日起停止受理州担保申请还是连签证申请也一起停止受理的表述不是很清楚，因此移民协会MIA今日进一步给出了具体的明确解释：
所有新的州担保申请将会在4月24日停止受理；4月24日之后依然可以递的EOI申请，但是申请只能从7月1日起重新开始受理，并且将会按照新政策来审理；
当前已递交的SIV签证申请和在4月24前已经收到州担保邀请的申请者都不受影响，将会继续按照现有政策审理；
在4月24日前收到州政府担保邀请的、在7月1日前递交签证申请的，也按照现有政策审理；
签证的审理和批准在4月24日至6月30日期间仍会继续进行。
7月1日起施行的新政策跟现有相对宽松的政策相比，变化还是非常大的，见下表对比图：
