▎对于配偶的基本要求如下：

  1. 雅思单项不低于6分；
  2. 年龄在50岁以下；
  3. 配偶是非澳洲公民或永居；
  4. 配偶的提名职业在职业清单列表上；
    拿到职业评估全评估（Full Skill Assessment）；
  5. 配偶和主申请人处于结婚或符合条件的同居关系中，即合法婚姻或者同居12个月以上，申请人需要提供材料证明配偶关系。

若满足以上要求，配偶便可以为主申请人在EOI打分测试中加上5分。建议由分高的人作为主申请人。举个例子， 如果配偶中一人年龄满25，另一人不满，两人都可提名移民职业，并都已通过职业评估。这种情况下，由满25的一人作为主申请人，因为这样总分就会比较高。

在配偶不满足职业技能条件的情况下，如果主申请人满足移民条件，也可通过证明配偶关系，将配偶作为副申请人一起申请PR。
