SIV签证与PIV签证区别三：居住要求　

SIV签证(重大投资者签证)：四年临时签证期间，主申请人每年在澳洲居住40天或副申请人(配偶)每年在澳洲居住180天(2015年7月1日后生效);

PIV签证(高端投资者签证)：临时签证期间，无移民监，无居住要求;

虽然相较澳洲其他商业移民类别，SIV签证(重大投资者签证)的硬性居住要求已相对宽松，但“移民监”限制仍是给不少事业及生活重心仍在国内的投资者造成了不便，

除此之外，SIV需要四年时间才能拿到永居身份，也让不少意向申请者因产生了犹豫，因此，此次推出PIV签证，澳洲政府的初衷是希望给在澳洲投资力度更大的人，创建一个可以更快获得永居签证的途径，从而吸引更多的外资注入澳洲市场。

目前澳洲投资移民SIV签证(重大投资者签证)正处于政策调整期间，投资框架或有所改变，PIV签证(高端投资者签证)目前也尚未公布具体投资细则，该政策实施是否会开启澳洲商业投资移民的又一春天，我们仍需静待观望。
